Gozarte fieles creyentes en Dios, Bienaventurado los que creen a este anuncio. << 1 Samuel 10:6 dice>> Entonces el Espíritu del SEÑOR vendrá sobre ti con gran poder, profetizarás con ellos y serás cambiado en otro hombre. << 1 Juan 4:1 >> Amados, no creáis a todo espíritu, sino probad los espíritus para ver si son de Dios, porque muchos falsos profetas han salido al mundo. El Espíritu de Profecía: INTRODUCCIÓN: LOS PROFETAS Y LAS PROFECÍAS: Antes del pecado, dios hablaba directamente con los hombres (Gn. 2:16, 17). El pecado modificó esta comunicación (Gn. 3:8 – 11). Después del pecado Dios usó otros medios de relación, siendo el más apto el don de profecíaS 1. El Don de Profecía 1. ¿Por medio de quiénes ha hablado Dios muchas veces? Hebreos 1.1 "Dios, habiendo hablado muchas veces y de muchas maneras en otro tiempo a los padres por los profetas". 2. ¿Hasta qué punto usa Dios a sus profetas? Amós 3:7. Jueces 4:4 "Gobernaba en aquel tiempo a Israel una mujer, Débora, profetisa, mujer de Lapidot". 2 Reyes 22:14 "Entonces fueron el sacerdote Hilcías, y Ahicam, Acbor, Safán y Asaías, a la profetisa Hulda, mujer de Salum hijo de Ticva, hijo de Harhas, guarda de las vestiduras, la cual moraba en Jerusalén en la segunda parte de la ciudad, y hablaron con ella". Hechos 21:9 "Este tenía cuatro hijas doncellas que profetizaban". 4. ¿A qué es comparada la palabra profética? 2 Pedro 1:19. "Tenemos también la palabra profética más segura, a la cual hacéis bien en estar atentos como a una antorcha que alumbra en lugar oscuro, hasta que el día esclarezca y el lucero de la mañana salga en vuestros corazones". 2. Modos de comunicación profética 1. ¿Quién habló directamente a Juan en Patmos? Apocalipsis 1:10, 11. "Yo estaba en el Espíritu en el día del Señor, y oí detrás de mí una gran voz como de trompeta, que decía: Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega, el primero y el último. Escribe en un libro lo que ves, y envíalo a las siete iglesias que están en Asia: a Efeso, Esmirna, Pérgamo, Tiatira, Sardis, Filadelfia y Laodicea". 2. ¿De qué otras maneras ha hablado Dios a los profetas? Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: Yo castigaré lo que hizo Amalec a Israel al oponérsele en el camino cuando subía de Egipto. Ve, pues, y hiere a Amalec, y destruye todo lo que tiene, y no te apiades de él; mata a hombres, mujeres, niños, y aun los de pecho, vacas, ovejas, camellos y asnos". 2. Señalar los pecados. 1 Samuel 15:8 – 19 "Y tomó vivo a Agag rey de Amalec, pero a todo el pueblo mató a filo de espada. Y Saúl y el pueblo perdonaron a Agag, y a lo mejor de las ovejas y del ganado mayor, de los animales engordados, de los carneros y de todo lo bueno, y no lo quisieron destruir; mas todo lo que era vil y despreciable destruyeron. Y vino palabra de Jehová a Samuel, diciendo: Me pesa haber puesto por rey a Saúl, porque se ha vuelto de en pos de mí, y no ha cumplido mis palabras. Y se apesadumbró Samuel, y clamó a Jehová toda aquella noche. Madrugó luego Samuel para ir a encontrar a Saúl por la mañana; y fue dado aviso a Samuel, diciendo: Saúl ha venido a Carmel, y he aquí se levantó un monumento, y dio la vuelta, y pasó adelante y descendió a Gilgal. Vino, pues, Samuel a Saúl, y Saúl le dijo: Bendito seas tú de Jehová; yo he cumplido la palabra de Jehová. Samuel entonces dijo: ¿Pues qué balido de ovejas y bramido de vacas es este que yo oigo con mis oídos? Y Saúl respondió: De Amalec los han traído; porque el pueblo perdonó lo mejor de las ovejas y de las vacas, para sacrificarlas a Jehová tu Dios, pero lo demás lo destruimos. Entonces dijo Samuel a Saúl: Déjame declararte lo que Jehová me ha dicho esta noche. Y él le respondió: Di. Y dijo Samuel: Aunque eras pequeño en tus propios ojos, ¿no has sido hecho jefe de las tribus de Israel, y Jehová te ha ungido por rey sobre Israel? Y Jehová te envió en misión y dijo: Ve, destruye a los pecadores de Amalec, y hazles guerra hasta que los acabes. ¿Por qué, pues, no has oído la voz de Jehová, sino que vuelto al botín has hecho lo malo ante los ojos de Jehová?" 2 Samuel 12:1 – 7. "Jehová envió a Natán a David; y viniendo a él, le dijo: Había dos hombres en una ciudad, el uno rico, y el otro pobre. Entonces se encendió el furor de David en gran manera contra aquel hombre, y dijo a Natán: Vive Jehová, que el que tal hizo es digno de muerte. Y debe pagar la cordera con cuatro tantos, porque hizo tal cosa, y no tuvo misericordia. Entonces dijo Natán a David: Tú eres aquel hombre. Así ha dicho Jehová, Dios de Israel: Yo te ungí por rey sobre Israel, y te libré de la mano de Saúl". 3. Ser atalayas. Ezequiel 3:17 – 21. "Hijo de hombre, yo te he puesto por atalaya a la casa de Israel; oirás, pues, tú la palabra de mi boca, y los amonestarás de mi parte. Cuando yo dijere al impío: De cierto morirás; y tú no le amonestares ni le hablares, para que el impío sea apercibido de su mal camino a fin de que viva, el impío morirá por su maldad, pero su sangre demandaré de tu mano. Pero si tú amonestares al impío, y él no se convirtiere de su impiedad y de su mal camino, él morirá por su maldad, pero tú habrás librado tu alma. Si el justo se apartare de su justicia e hiciere maldad, y pusiere yo tropiezo delante de él, él morirá, porque tú no le amonestaste; en su pecado morirá, y sus justicias que había hecho no vendrán en memoria; pero su sangre demandaré de tu mano. Pero si al justo amonestares para que no peque, y no pecare, de cierto vivirá, porque fue amonestado; y tú habrás librado tu alma". 4. Pronunciar sentencias. 1 Samuel 15:22, 23. "Y Samuel dijo: ¿Se complace Jehová tanto en los holocaustos y víctimas, como en que se obedezca a las palabras de Jehová? Ciertamente el obedecer es mejor que los sacrificios, y el prestar atención que la grosura de los carneros. Porque como pecado de adivinación es la rebelión, y como ídolos e idolatría la obstinación. Por cuanto tú desechaste la palabra de Jehová, él también te ha desechado para que no seas rey". 5. Impartir perdón. 2 Samuel 12:13, 14. "Entonces dijo David a Natán: Pequé contra Jehová. Y Natán dijo a David: También Jehová ha remitido tu pecado; no morirás. Mas por cuanto con este asunto hiciste blasfemar a los enemigos de Jehová, el hijo que te ha nacido ciertamente morirá". 6. Prevenir el peligro. Hechos 21:10, 11. "Y permaneciendo nosotros allí algunos días, descendió de Judea un profeta llamado Agabo, quien viniendo a vernos, tomó el cinto de Pablo, y atándose los pies y las manos, dijo: Esto dice el Espíritu Santo: Así atarán los judíos en Jerusalén al varón de quien es este cinto, y le entregarán en manos de los gentiles". 7. Revelar los planes del enemigo. 2 Reyes 6:8 – 12. "Tenía el rey de Siria guerra contra Israel, y consultando con sus siervos, dijo: En tal y tal lugar estará mi campamento. Y el varón de Dios envió a decir al rey de Israel: Mira que no pases por tal lugar, porque los sirios van allí. Entonces el rey de Israel envió a aquel lugar que el varón de Dios había dicho; y así lo hizo una y otra vez con el fin de cuidarse. Y el corazón del rey de Siria se turbó por esto; y llamando a sus siervos, les dijo: ¿No me declararéis vosotros quién de los nuestros es del rey de Israel? Entonces uno de los siervos dijo: No, rey señor mío, sino que el profeta Eliseo está en Israel, el cual declara al rey de Israel las palabras que tú hablas en tu cámara más secreta". 8. Revelar el futuro. Daniel 2:28 "Pero hay un Dios en los cielos, el cual revela los misterios, y él ha hecho saber al rey Nabucodonosor lo que ha de acontecer en los postreros días. He aquí tu sueño, y las visiones que has tenido en tu cama". Daniel 2:45 "de la manera que viste que del monte fue cortada una piedra, no con mano, la cual desmenuzó el hierro, el bronce, el barro, la plata y el oro. El gran Dios ha mostrado al rey lo que ha de acontecer en lo por venir; y el sueño es verdadero, y fiel su interpretación". Daniel 7:1 "En el primer año de Belsasar rey de Babilonia tuvo Daniel un sueño, y visiones de su cabeza mientras estaba en su lecho; luego escribió el sueño, y relató lo principal del asunto". 9. Guiar. Oseas 12:13. "Y por un profeta Jehová hizo subir a Israel de Egipto, y por un profeta fue guardado" 10. Educar. 2 Reyes 6:1 – 3 "Los hijos de los profetas dijeron a Eliseo: He aquí, el lugar en que moramos contigo nos es estrecho. Vamos ahora al Jordán, y tomemos de allí cada uno una viga, y hagamos allí lugar en que habitemos. Y él dijo: Andad. Y dijo uno: Te rogamos que vengas con tus siervos. Y él respondió: Yo iré". Jeremías 29:19 "por cuanto no oyeron mis palabras, dice Jehová, que les envié por mis siervos los profetas, desde temprano y sin cesar; y no habéis escuchado, dice Jehová". Jeremías 32:33 "Y me volvieron la cerviz, y no el rostro; y cuando los enseñaba desde temprano y sin cesar, no escucharon para recibir corrección". 4. Posibilidad y peligro del falso don profético 1. ¿Qué predicción hizo Jesús acerca de falsos profetas? Mateo 24:24. "Porque se levantarán falsos Cristos, y falsos profetas, y harán grandes señales y prodigios, de tal manera que engañarán, si fuere posible, aun a los escogidos". 2. ¿Cómo distinguir los verdaderos de los falsos profetas? 1. Su fe en Cristo. 1 Juan 4:3. "y todo espíritu que no confiesa que Jesucristo ha venido en carne, no es de Dios; y este es el espíritu del anticristo, el cual vosotros habéis oído que viene, y que ahora ya está en el mundo" 2. Cumplimiento de sus predicciones. Deuteronomio 18:21, 22. "Y si dijeres en tu corazón: ¿Cómo conoceremos la palabra que Jehová no ha hablado?; si el profeta hablare en nombre de Jehová, y no se cumpliere lo que dijo, ni aconteciere, es palabra que Jehová no ha hablado; con presunción la habló el tal profeta; no tengas temor de él". 3. Mensajes sin claudicaciones. Isaías 30:8. "Ve, pues, ahora, y escribe esta visión en una tabla delante de ellos, y regístrala en un libro, para que quede hasta el día postrero, eternamente y para siempre". 4. Amor verdadero. Deuteronomio 13:1 – 3. "Cuando se levantare en medio de ti profeta, o soñador de sueños, y te anunciare señal o prodigios, y si se cumpliere la señal o prodigio que él te anunció, diciendo: Vamos en pos de dioses ajenos, que no conociste, y sirvámosles; no darás oído a las palabras de tal profeta, ni al tal soñador de sueños; porque Jehová vuestro Dios os está probando, para saber si amáis a Jehová vuestro Dios con todo vuestro corazón, y con toda vuestra alma". 5. Frutos de su vida y ministerio. Mateo 7:15 – 20. "Guardaos de los falsos profetas, que vienen a vosotros con vestidos de ovejas, pero por dentro son lobos rapaces. Por sus frutos los conoceréis. ¿Acaso se recogen uvas de los espinos, o higos de los abrojos? Así, todo buen árbol da buenos frutos, pero el árbol malo da frutos malos. No puede el buen árbol dar malos frutos, ni el árbol malo dar frutos buenos. Todo árbol que no da buen fruto, es cortado y echado en el fuego. Así que, por sus frutos los conoceréis" 5. El don de profecía en la Iglesia Remanente 1. ¿Cuál sería una de las características de la Iglesia Remanente? Apocalipsis 12:17. "Entonces el dragón se llenó de ira contra la mujer; y se fue a hacer guerra contra el resto de la descendencia de ella, los que guardan los mandamientos de Dios y tienen el testimonio de Jesucristo". Juan 15:26 "Pero cuando venga el Consolador, a quien yo os enviaré del Padre, el Espíritu de verdad, el cual procede del Padre, él dará testimonio acerca de mí". 3. ¿Cómo es realzada la permanencia de este don en la iglesia? Efesios 4:11 – 14. "Y él mismo constituyó a unos, apóstoles; a otros, profetas; a otros, evangelistas; a otros, pastores y maestros, a fin de perfeccionar a los santos para la obra del ministerio, para la edificación del cuerpo de Cristo, hasta que todos lleguemos a la unidad de la fe y del conocimiento del Hijo de Dios, a un varón perfecto, a la medida de la estatura de la plenitud de Cristo; para que ya no seamos niños fluctuantes, llevados por doquiera de todo viento de doctrina, por estratagema de hombres que para engañar emplean con astucia las artimañas del error". ¿Qué consejo de Josafat se aplica al Israel de hoy? 2 Crónicas 20:20.
